Don't worry, I'm not sick physically. I think I've caught the "supermom syndrome". I had it once before after baby number three and it didn't go away until baby number four. But I feel it setting in lately. A few of my symptoms: I can't leave the house without make-up, I keep cleaning the kitchen sink, the laundry has been done every day, I got up early today to bake fresh pumpkin cookies for Dallins pre-school class (they just taste better fresh), I haven't raised my voice at the boys for a while-I feel so patient, I stayed up for three hours with Tayla the other night while she had a tummy ache and I enjoyed holding her the whole time! It just keeps getting better. I think I feel the blessings from Kirk's new calling allready flowing into our home. I better be careful though and let those dishes slide once in a while so people don't start hating me! (I lost friends last time I had this syndrome-seriously) Have a wonderful day!
Beth

PLEASE give me some of your energy! I think right about now Matt would love to hire you.
Isn't it frustrating that this can be seen as a negative? I applaude you for being the best mom and wife you can be, the one you were meant to be!
Congrats! I only catch that once every blue moon, and it passes quickly... ;-) Hope your case is chronic! Life sure feels better that way! :-)
I love this syndrome personally, and the snide comments by others go completely ignored by me ;) If you lost friends, they weren't real friends! Life just feels better with mascara and a clean kitchen sink :)
Send some my direction, I need it so badly!!!!! I get all these requests for help in Ali's kindergarten class. I wish I could help, but bringing 2 kids with you when you help is just not helpful. Good for you, I hope it lasts forever!
Wow Beth! That is AWESOME!! Hang on to that supermom energy cuz not everyone gets it!! :) I think I get it maybe three times a year! hahahaha!!!
Love ya, Beth. I promise to never be jealous of your supermom syndrome. I admire you.
