Tooth update!

I made it through!  I was really calm, not overly anxious...NOT excited but I don't know who would be!  The upper teeth came out really fast, like within 5 minutes.  The lower tooth, the problematic one, took over an hour!!  Digging, drilling, pulling, breaking...you get the picture.  It was horrible.  But at least the dentist was able to get it out and I didn't require further surgery YEAH!!  He did have to stitch that area up, so I will go back next week and have them removed.  I put ice on my face most of the day when I got home, took plenty of pain medication and rested.  I am doing pretty good now!  Still in pain, but I don't need the heavy stuff anymore.  I have to be really careful about foods though, there's a risk of infection if foods get in the wounds, so I'm being really careful.  Anyway, thanks to everyone who called and helped out with kids.  I can handle more than I thought I could that's for sure!!  Now lets see if I can handle getting all the kids ready for school in  12 days!!!!!  Beth
