A little math

Here's my math for the day!!

125 glass quart jars + 70 cut up t-shirts + many, many yards of fabric + lots and lots of buttons + 125 tea lights + 140 bobby pins + 1500 little hair bands + piles of scrapbook papers + many yards of ribbons + 600 feet of twine + lots of yarn + 50 paint brushes + 4 pounds of mod podge =

GIRLS CAMP!!!!  I can't wait to show you the amazing results of the crafts I have have planned this year.  I have over 7 large totes full of fun supplies and possibilities.  I am also prepared to do as much teenage hair as I possibly can.  For some reason I spent so much time at camp last year doing hair, and this year the word is out!  I am prepared with my hair gear though.  I have to give a huge thanks to my amazing Kirk who sat at my table for HOURS and HOURS and cut strips of fabric and t-shirts.  My wrist just couldn't hold out and he took it upon himself.  We have over 700 awesome strips of fabric now to make some fun creations!!  Oh, and he is also taking off work this week to be Mr. Mom.  What a guy!!  Wish me luck!!  Beth

PS On a sad note, Logan and Kolby who were going to leave at 6:00am sharp Monday morning for Boy Scout camp were told the camp was evacuated due to a fire burning really close by.  I don't know if they were more disappointed about not going or not being there when the camp was evacuated.  It all sounds very exciting to them for some reason.  They are leaving for a new camping trip Tuesday at 6:30 at Warm Lake.  They're going to have so much fun!!!
