Bryce Canyon will just have to wait, because I have some really exciting stuff going on! I will post pictures soon, but today I will be setting up my first real commissioned dessert table and I can't wait to show you! I never thought I could get paid to do something I love! All my other dessert tables were for church events or my own kids parties, but from posting pictures of those on facebook and my blog and people seeing them at the parties I have been approached by several people and have officially been hired!!
The desserts I've made for this table:
75 vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cake pops
6 dozen brownie bites
6 dozen mini vanilla cupcakes
80 mini chocolate chip cookies
75 mini chocolate mousse cups
75 mini cheesecake desserts
I've been baking and creating non stop for days now and I am really excited about it!! I am also excited to tell you that I have been asked to do a wedding reception dessert table in August. I really think I have found my passion and I think this is something I'm meant to do. Can't wait!!! I'll post pictures soon! Beth
