Mom's Pancakes

My mom made these all the time for us-even for dinner sometimes! Kirk HATED pancakes until I made him these, and my boys love them too. I often double the recipie for our big family, but it will make about 2 1/2 dozen.

Whisk 3 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar together
Add 1/3 cup oil
Add 2 cups milk and stir well
Add about 3 1/2 cups flour

If too thick add a little milk, if too thin add a little flour.

That's it, really simple and really good. You can also use this batter for waffles, but I thin it out a little if I do.

We LOVE doing breakfast for dinner. I'll have to try this recipe. Thanks Beth!

Hi Beth,
Thanks for posting the idea for Sunday and the YUMMY pancake recipe. I tried this morning for breakfast with the boys. I can't remember mom's tasting that good. Probably because we only knew those and not the bisquick kind. It has been a very, very long time since I've had them. My boys couldn't stop eating them. Thanks again for the helpful tips.
Love.
