For all of you skeptics....

Ok, I've heard enough about the mistake with Logan (our Doctor told us he was a girl). I am 100% sure this is a girl. First of all, this ultrasound was done at 19 weeks, and Logans wasn't done until 29 weeks. (Which is crazy to wait that long I think, but hey I was a first time Mom!) I have looked at his ultrasound pictures and he was so big and squished in there you couldn't get a clear look at the gender. It's a very fuzzy picture and I'm sure the Doctor just guessed. Her exact words were "I'm about 75% sure". This always left a doubt in my mind even though we planned for a girl, it just never felt right. Fast forward 8 1/2 years later...this ultrasound has a very clear view of the gender and the space between the legs and there is nothing there. You can even make out the "girl parts". The equipment used is more advanced than the one used for Logan too, we used to get a VHS and this one makes a DVD! The technicians was very careful in looking because I told her I had four boys and didn't want another mistake! Her words (after checking two different times during the ultrasound and once at the very end) were, "I'm not allowed to say 100% sure, but I am so sure this is a girl". So there you have it. My hopes are high, I have full confidence that this is indeed a girl and I am planning on bringing Tayla home in September to her pink floral nursery!!
