Evidently, crystal is the traditional gift for a 15 year anniversary....
I was really surprised and thrilled by these beautiful Mikasa pieces-a vase and a matching bowl. They are just gorgeous!!! And really heavy!
Kirk even provided a huge bouquet of flowers to fill the vase. I am so spoiled!
I gave Kirk a bag with "15 things I love about you" and little gifts that went with most of them. A few of my favorites: "We just fit together, different yet connected, like two puzzle pieces" (attached to a puzzle) "You look hot in a suit or jeans" (attached to a bag of hot tamales) and "you are a hard worker" (attached to a hammer key-chain)
We had a fun night, ordered pizzas and even did a family service project for a sweet couple in our ward. It was a great way to celebrate our 15 years!! Beth
