My name is Mommy.

My mothers day gifts worth more than diamonds!!!!

Every year I am growing, right along with my beautiful children.  I am learning about love, patience, selflessness and working overtime each day while the world thinks I have no job.  I have become somewhat of an expert in ear infections, first aid, ER visits, cub scouts, laundry, cooking for a crowd, rocks, budgeting, boy noises, ponies, primary songs, lessons about being kind, cookie making, hugging, play dough, crayons, magic erasers, spilled milk, spilled juice, broken cups, broken bowls, baseball, bike tires, breastfeeding, chutes and ladders, runny noses, fevers and most importantly prayer.  I am learning things I could never learn on my own.  No classroom could give me what I have gained in these 11 years of staying home all the time with my children.  I am so glad I have never had the feeling of not being enough.  I am enough.  No degree, money or honors could make me feel this way.  I am my kids Mom, Mommy and Ma Ma.  I know them and love them and they matter to me.  They have me 100%.  I am here to call, I am here to comfort, I am here to love.  I thank my Father in Heaven for blessing me with all I have.  It is hard work, but so worth it.
Happy Mothers Day.  Beth

Cute post. Thanks for the reminder. We really are lucky that we get to stay home.
