I made this veggie pizza on Tuesday night for our cooking/game group. Everyone liked it, and it's a great way to get your veggies! I use a jiffy pizza crust mix for the base, then add garden vegetable cream cheese, shredded cheese and lots of chopped veggies. This one has broccoli, cauliflower, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, olives, carrots, fresh peas and grape tomatoes.
Then for the last day of school I made treats for all the boys classes. Cone cupcakes were a good choice because they make a lot and aren't as messy. The boys got to decide what kind of cake and what kind of frosting-Logan wanted Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting, Kolby wanted chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and Preston wanted yellow cake with vanilla frosting. Funny how they all wanted different kinds! (I added a kiss on top which was a big hit!!!)
The boys got to sample some before school! And Tayla too-with out the frosting (I LOVE her big smile in the picture!)
On Friday I made some chocolate Amish friendship bread. I still like vanilla better, but everyone ate it so it must not be too bad.
Tayla was up all night with a fever (100.5 with ibuprofen) and a stuffy nose. I stayed home from church with her so we could both rest. It came on so sudden! I hope she sleeps better tonight! This week will be busy with scout camp for Logan, a dentist appointment for Kolby and just establishing a schedule for summer days! My next post I will show you what pet Kolby brought home from the campout! Beth

You're such a good mom!!! That is really funny how each of the boys wanted different combination for their cupcakes.
The cupcake idea looks cool. Did you cook the cupcakes in them or do you put them in after???
Beth,
It was fun to see you at the park yesterday. You look exactly the same as you did the last time I saw you almost 9 years ago. I hope we can "catch up" the next time we come to the park! You have a beautiful family!!
