Easy as pie!!

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE making pies.  I love making the crust and fillings and pulling a fresh pie out of the oven is like winning a medal or something.....BUT we all know that isn't always possible.  So I found this awesome recipe (and easy-Tayla can make it!) and wanted to share my results.  I was thinking of my sister Anna when I tried these, she likes these kind of fun recipes!

First, roll out your crust and spread with melted butter.  (This is store bought crust by the way!!!)

Add cinnamon/sugar to the crusts.  (be generous!)

Cut crust into about 10 pieces.  A cut in the middle and then in strips.

Place a peeled apple slice on crust.

Roll up.

Place on baking sheet with parchment paper underneath (unless you love cleaning your pans)

Brush with butter on tops.

Sprinkle on more cinnamon/sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Watch them disappear!!

Easy and delicious.  The apples are soft, the crust is yummy, the cinnamon sugar gets all gooey and caramelized!  This is my new "go to" recipe when I need a quick dessert.  Try it!!  Beth

This is such a great idea!!! The pic of Logan looked like Kirk at first glance or at least I think it was Logan. Your boys are growing up too fast!
