Kolby turns 12! (and I missed it)

Kolby turned 12 during the week of camp.  He was camping with the scouts near Warm Lake having a fun time riding his bike and swimming and eating all sorts of yummy stuff.  We decided to celebrate on the Monday after we were all back in town.  He chose his favorite dinner, marinated fried chicken, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, fruit salad (Kolby spent over an hour chopping each fruit) soda (a treat they always want on birthdays) and chocolate cheesecake.  It was an awesome feast!!

My mom gave him a drawing.  Kolby loves art and is really talented!

One of the only things he requested: Jerky.  Hope two huge bags keeps him happy for a while!

He got Robot Uno.  Can't wait to try it out!

He loves the biggest Nerf gun I've ever seen!!

Instead of "blowing" out the candles, he "waved" them out.  It was so funny!  That's Kolby for ya!

We're so proud of Kolby and hope he enjoys this transition of becoming a fine young man.  Lots of great new things in store for him this year.  We're so excited for him!!  Beth
