280 miles?

Greetings from Utah! I packed up the kids and braved the drive (I think it's like 280 miles) to my sisters house in Syracuse. Sounds crazy? Well, being home alone with 5 kids does tend to make me a little crazy, I miss Kirk! Maybe all those paint fumes got to my brain...which by the way my living room looks amazing! I brought all my money so I can find some cool things here to decorate it with. They have a great store here called Thai Pan and I decorated Tayla's nursery with stuff from that store. Wish we had one in Boise! Painting that room made it feel like a whole new place. What a way to lift my spirits! I tried to take pictures, but they really don't do it justice! You will just have to come visit. I am having a bench custom made for my entryway. It isn't much of an entry way and becomes a jumble of backpacks, shoes and coats. My plan is to have this long bench against the wall and put baskets underneath it. I will post pictures of that because I think it will be a HUGE change from what we have! Here is one picture of my "B" wall. It needs more "B's" (so if you see any cool letters around, pick me up a B!) Holly (a friend from HS) is making these giant letters. I love them! (again, it looks better in person)

Well, wish me luck on my drive home Sunday. I am really enjoying it here! Beth
