Decor, schmecor...
I haven't been in a blogging mood lately! It's been great having the boys back at school, and I am focusing on some much needed home improvements for the next few months. Yes, the bathroom that only got half finished is going to be finished, and the basement that needs a pocket door and new walls will be in the works! I also want to do our bedroom-paint, new curtains and bedspread. I have been "researching" colors and decorating ideas and I have no idea what to do!!!! I need to see something to know If I like it, I am not good at just thinking of things. It is a challenge for me! I hope to be inspired soon. A lot of the advice is to go with what you like, what makes you feel good, what you are drawn to. I love brown and green and blue. It's a start! Beth

Well, I tried attaching a picture, but it didn't work. So the path to the picture is: stampinup.com > our products > product lines > decor elements > decor elements brochure > scroll to the very bottom. There is a really nice blue color for the wall. Love the white molding, looks good in any room, and the brown accents are so cute. Just thought this might help a tad. Magazines, magazines, magazines and those cool decorating shows. I'm also horrible at decorating and am in the same boat. If you come down here I found a Tai Pan Trading really close to where we live. GOOD LUCK!!!
I agree with Deb those magazines can be very helpful or if you have a friend whos decore you love, talk to them and get their help. Two or three heads are always better then our own frazzled ones. :)
