I need a blog pit stop!

Things have just been rolling around here and I haven't taken time to write, so this is my pit stop. Our yard sale was crazy and tons of work, but it "paid" off and I now have extra money for school supplies and shopping. This may be our new tradition each August, I can't believe how much stuff we have, and how good it feels to be rid of it! On Sunday I did both sharing time and singing time and it worked out pretty well, except for MY boys acting up. I don't think they will put me in primary any time soon....Monday we picked apricots and today I made this:

I also have been completely caught up in this book

We are planning a trip to the Twin Falls temple as well, so this should be a busy week.

I can't believe how much I look forward to karate. Kelly asked if my boys like it, yes and no. It teaches respect and hard work and discipline...so my boys think the teacher is mean (he isn't he just wants respect-so talking and goofing off are not allowed) and they are so tired afterwards and think it is too hard. I love it for all those reasons. What boy doesn't need to learn all those skills? I am having them finish the month at least, but I won't sign them up again unless they want to (which I hope they will) I however am going to continue as long as I can.

So there it is, my pit stop. After we rescue the birds that fell out of the nest (again) in our tree I am going to curl up and enjoy the woman's gymnastics tonight (my favorite event) Last night was amazing and the men took the bronze. Tonight should be awesome too. Off I go Vroom Vroom! Beth
