11 pounds and 23 inches!

Tayla had her two month check up yesterday and she's in the 75% for both weight and height. I don't know why but it makes me feel so good that she's growing and healthy. I have pretty much cleaned out her drawers of her 0-3 month clothes and just feel it is going too fast allready! Tayla is a bright light in our home. She smiles and coos and waves her arms and legs when she's excited. She doesn't fuss alot-only when she has to burp or something and we are all so in love with her! I have so much fun getting her dressed in her cute clothes and especially love putting her in pretty dresses and taking tons of pictures. It is such a special time for our family to have this sweet baby girl in our home. I feel good and am trying my best to stay healthy this season. I have allready had one breast infection and hope it is the last (though with Dallin I had them allmost monthly) I just need to take care of myself and get sleep. Tayla is a great sleeper and is sleeping 7-8 hours at night straight, and going right back to sleep after she eats. In other news, Logan and Kolby had a dentist appointment and I am happy to report no cavities! The kids were out of school for three days last week and we had fun going to Veterans park one afternoon and taking a trip to Emmett to visit an old friend. Kirk and I have also started a Saturday "date" with the boys. This is my month and each Saturday I take one of the boys out for one hour. They can pick anything they want to do. So far Logan and I played tennis and got milkshakes and the next week Kolby and I went to comic book stores to look at pokemon cards (exciting I know!) We also hit the candy store! Prestons turn is this week and he has like 4 places he wants to go, but that hour goes so fast! It has been fun and they are allready talking about what they want to do with Kirk next month! I am so excited about Thanksgiving. We are having it at our home and I love all the cooking and having the family together. I will try to post some pictures soon. Beth

Well it's good to hear from you! :) I was just thinking about you this morning because I feel horrible that I STILL have this baby shower present sitting here for you! AH! Mike has to go to the post office this week to get stamps for the baby announcements so he'll take them for me. I promise!!!!
That's a great idea about the hour dates. We try to do special stuff with the boys often but it's easy to let that slip down the list sometimes.
