I am feeling much better!

I really am feeling better! I had my Dr. apt today and am not dialated (not a big surprise) but I did lose 4 pounds and am dehydrated. (which explains why I have had a migrane for two days!) So I need to just take it easy and get some water in me! This may be the longest 2 weeks ever, but I will try to be positive about my pregnancy and enjoy these last days of having Tayla moving inside of me. I have gotten a lot done this week and went shopping yesterday at the mall for a few hours to get some clothes for a friend who is due the same time as me. It's her second girl and they are only going to be 12 months apart! But she hasn't had a baby shower and I felt like she needed a little something to welcome her baby properly! It was so fun to think of someone else and I found some cute things at Pennys for 2.00 on clearance! I also got her a robe and slippers and some chocolate. I think she was surprised and it made me feel so good. I always feel better when I am serving others. I also have had to to humble myself these past weeks and accept the help others wanted to give me. What a lifesaver it has been. My mom has come over twice and helped clean my house, cook dinner, fold laundry and organize my kitchen mess. My sister Jean has helped me organize all my baby clothes, watched my boys, and helped me clean out both my freezers in the garage. And just this week my sweet sister in law Carmie is here from Utah and has been cooking up a storm in my kitchen and helping me get freezer meals ready! It has been so nice and I just can't believe all the nice things everyone has done for me. I am so blessed with my family and friends. I am taking an hour out for me on Saturday and getting a mini maicure and pedicure with a gift certificate I got for my birthday. I am excited and think it will be fun. I found a fun store at the mall called Jo Lene. It's on the uppper level right next to Mervyns and all it has is DRESSES!!!!! It has all sizes and colors and I am so so tempted to buy this adorable green one! They were so so cute! Anyway, hope everyone has a wonderful week! Beth

I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better! Take care of yourself!
I know what you mean about preferring to be the giver but let people take care of you. Pretty soon, it's all about the baby! :)
