Some people don't like Mondays, but I LOVE them! I can get so much done with the boys at school and Kirk back at work. Like blogging for example! It's just like taking a breath after a busy weekend and planning the weeks activities. Last week I worked on a cute 8x8 scrapbook for my Dad's birthday. I went to three scrapbook stores in three days to find just the right touches to add to the book. I loved the end result. Each page was a line from a song (I used It just comes natural by George Strait) and it ended up being 32 pages. I figured I spent about 15-20 minutes on each page and times 32 it took about 8-10 hours to complete (which doesn't include the shopping time :) anyway I hope he liked it, but I am now burnt out on scrapbooking for at least a couple of days! I am currently trying to plan our spring break which I think will be spent in Clearfield Utah with my sister. It should be really fun and hopefully relaxing. Kirk will join us the end of the week and we will go camping. We love to camp! Well, I could go on forever, but the weekend hurricane needs to be cleaned up. Oh another fun thing that happened is Preston won lunch with his teacher today after class and is so excited. I started this raffle to raise money and the winner gets to eat lunch with the teacher. The children get so excited about it and it makes them feel so special. I get to pick up the lunches (happy meals) and deliver them to the school. Fundraising really can be fun!

What a great idea using a song like that! I'm sure he loved it!
I remember getting to go to my first grade teacher's house for lunch on a Satruday if we won some contest. It was like the best prize ever! What a fun fundraiser you are!:)
