Logan is my oldest son. He's seven now and such a big help to me and his brothers! He has brought such joy to everyone. His birth was much anticipated because he would be the first grandchild for my parents and Kirks parents, and the first great grandchild on Kirks side. We did everything first time parents do. We were faithful about reading everything we could, we bought everything on the lists and we attended childbirth and breastfeeding classes. Kirk came to all of my appointments and was so excited as well. Our ultrasound was around 25 weeks and we were told it was a girl. I went crazy about the nursery and the baby showers! I had four showers (work, family, friends and out of town) and everything was PINK!!!!!!! I also had kirks mom sew me a beautiful crib bedding set which was light green with pink floral print. The only thing we didn't have was a name. We were stuck and couldn't decide on one. Imagine our surprise when our girl was a boy! Logan surprised everyone, but we wouldn't trade him for the world! He was 7lbs 4 oz and 21 inches long. A perfect little boy!!!
He has grown and matured so fast. By the time he was 16 months he had a little brother and by the time he was 5 years old he had three! He has a lot of responsibility in our house, but he's so dependable and grown up. He is the comedian in the family and makes us laugh all the time. His smile is contagious! I was lucky to have such a good happy baby for my first. It wasn't easy but he made it fun. He now enjoys school, is a wiz at math and loves doing art projects!
He is a good friend to everyone and very soft hearted. He is so creative and likes to invent things and take things apart with tools.

He also enjoys playing tennis, riding his bike, basketball, swimming and playing at the park. He is so solid and built like a football player! He can lift me up!! He loves sweets just like his mom, and we have to be careful we don't eat too many!!!! He also likes video games and is a wonderful reader. He also sings right on pitch and has done several solos in front of our ward for Father's Day and Christmas. He writes stories about mysteries and monsters and isn't a bit shy. We are so blessed to have him in our home. He is so much fun and I know he has many great things to do in his life! Love Mommy

I didn't know you thought he was a girl! That would be quite a surprise!
The way you describe him, he sounds A LOT like Garrett. Except the singing. As much as Garrett likes to sing he can't carry a tune to save his life. :)
That last picture of Logan is absolutely priceless! Thanks so much for sharing a little bit about your boy!
