Wow! It's been such a journey for me these past few months/years. I could not even imagine all that would be put in my path to help me learn, grow, stretch...even when it hurt. I am still adjusting to having a toddler. It is so different now than when I had three or four little ones at home. It's just Hazel and I all day. We play, eat, nap, go to story time, shop and clean. My time seems so minimal. The basic every day duties take it all up and before I know it we are doing bath and bedtime routines. I find my goal each day is to get dressed, make dinner and keep it relatively clean in my home! The kids are all well, even though we are still feeling the sting of having Kolby gone. It is so different and quiet and a little lonely, but we really look forward to hearing from him each week and he writes great letters. I look forward to them on Fridays and Logan's letters on Mondays. All the time in between is spent taking care of everyone and trying to find our new normal!
Hazel is a gem. She sparkles and lights up our world. Thank you Heavenly Father for her love, spirit, smiles, laughter and hugs. We would all be lost without her.
