Arrow of Light!

Kolby earned his Arrow of Light this week!  It is the highest award you can earn in Cub Scouts and one of only two you can wear on your Boy Scout uniform.  He has worked hard and come so far.  We are so proud of him and I can't believe he'll be 11 in a few days!!!  I did a fun display table for pack meeting (I put it together in only two days)...

The cake pops were a hit!!

The labels on the pictures are the different pins he has earned.  I tried to use pictures that represented the different pins.  He is a really well-rounded kid!  He plays violin, runs, swims, has straight A's, loves rock climbing and the outdoors, is gifted with animals and he is so artistic.  He also made the two wooden tables all by himself with a saw, hammer and nails.  He loves to build things!

These belt loops and patches are in addition to his pins.

I think he liked it, and even better than that, they had a bicycle rodeo afterwards which he has been looking forward to for a long time!  He is really good with bikes and fixed up the one he rode that night.  (He has 3 bikes now!)

The sad part was the leader who had all the awards he earned was out of town, so I will have a picture of him with his awards later :)  Way to go Kolby!!!!
