What an awesome way to start the Thanksgiving vacation! I'm so glad I organized all the coats and winter gear last week. We got Tayla some boots and we were ready to go! The kids go to the end of the street and have a just right sledding hill by the train tracks. I love it when it snows. (Not all the wet clothes, muddy boots and gloves all over my house though!) But I love it that it opens up a whole new world to my kids! Yeah!!
And I have to tell you how proud I am of Kolby and Preston. We made a deal with them to pay them 25 cents for each mile they run, and so far they are the top two runners in the school! They run before school and during their recess. I am amazed that they keep it up each day! Dallin has even started running before school and almost has 5 miles now! Way to go boys! (We decided to pay them each time they reach 100 miles.)

I am so impressed that they run that much! Even the thought of running 2 minutes puts me out of breath.
