While in Michigan (part two)

Tayla and Logan in a carriage at Dutch Village in Holland, Michigan

Loading up for a fun boat ride!

Tayla loved her blue bucket on the beach at Lake Michigan

We threw in some learning at the Museum on the Michigan State campus in East Lansing.

Lake Michigan and the cute red lighthouse...my favorite!!

We had a lot of fun swimming!

Everyone came home with a hat...or two.

In Dutch Village we learned how they made cheese, weighed witches, painted delft and carved wooden shoes.  We also saw animals and rode some carnival rides.

Dinosaur bones were a big hit at the museum

Sprinklers were fun in the yard!

We went bowling and Dallin won with a 125!!!  He was awesome!

Tayla and her cousin Layla.  They were quite a pair!

We stopped here for lunch near Chicago, it was built right over the freeway!

We ended our last week in Michigan with many fun activities.  I think we made a lot of good memories and the kids did surprisingly well on the long car trip (without a DVD player!!)  It is so nice to be home, but we miss our family in Michigan all ready!  We will be back soon!  Beth

Looks like you guys were so busy. I missed you at church on Sunday. Ryan and I and the kids along with Toby and Sandra came to the old Orchard ward last week. We were hoping to see you there, but they announced that you were gone. Hope you had a GREAT time.
