Fourth of July weekend!

Our week has been full of fireworks! This is my boys FAVORITE holiday (or at least a very close second to Christmas!) They save all year for the one week they can buy fireworks. We had a lot of fun and just had a family barbecue with our old bishop. We took the boys to Morris Hill park to see the big fireworks they do from Ann Morrison park. It was a great spot to see them! We had a very late night both Friday and Saturday. I'm so tired, and this will be a busy week with tennis lessons starting. We had the missionaries over for dinner on Saturday and for dessert we made ice-cream. We have our own special way of making ice-cream ever since Kirk has worked for Norco.

The smoke is from liquid nitrogen. It's a very cool fast way to make ice-cream! The missionaries were very impressed. The elder stirring is from Maine and his comp is from Texas. I loved how he kept calling Tayla "little darling".

Elders Reed and Hinson

It has been a really fun weekend, but I sure am tired! July is going to go fast I'm sure especially when we go to Montana and Grand Tetons! I am very excited for this trip in two weeks. More about that later.... Beth
