Is December halfway over!!!?

I am doing much better these past days, sorry no posts lately! Here are some highlights from my busy December:
*Tayla turned 3 months old!
*My singing group had our last concert after 25 years together-very bittersweet
*We got a huge check from the mortgage company because our taxes went down (yeah! just in time for christmas!)
*I made it through the ward christmas party-the boys were sure it wasn't the "real" Santa, but they still believe in him! There's a house in Meridian we go to every year that has amazing christmas lights and Santa is sitting in a rocking chair in the front door. He gives the boys a glowstick and a candy cane. This is the "real" Santa to them! And this is where I do the Santa pictures every year.
*Kirks work cancelled the Christmas party and each employee gets a 100 dollar visa gift card instead. (Why didn't they do this years ago?!)
*Letting the boys run around the church gym has helped with the craziness at home :)
*I am speaking in church on the 23rd and Logan is singing a solo-the program is going to be so neat and I can't wait! (I am the one who outlined it, but I'm not bragging!)
*I still haven't had time to shop for the boys which means a midnight Walmart run a few days this week
*All I want for Christmas is a family picture, so we may be doing New Year cards instead of Christmas cards.
*Well, I take that back, I also wanted permission to paint our front room and Kirk said yes!
*It took me half an hour to clean up all the throw up in Kolby's room Wednesday night! YUCK!
*Preston is sick now, but at least he's making it to the bathroom!
*I caught up on some movies I have been wanting to see: Hairspray (LOVED IT!), Live Free or Die Hard (Awesome!), Harry Potter 5 (The book is better of course, movie was a little boring). I still need to see Borne Ultimatium and Pirates 3.
*Tayla laughed out loud and squeeled and it was so cute! I was laughing so hard and she was laughing at me, and it was priceless.
* I keep finding cute dresses for Tayla, and justify buying them because, hey, it's Christmas!
*Tayla is sleeping 8-9 hours a night and I am feeling great again.
Happy Holidays! Beth

I think most moms want what you do for Christmas. :) I would LOVE it but I don't think it's going to happen for awhile.
Ew about the vomitting. I hope everyone's feeling better.
The Bourne Ultimatium was so good! The best of the three by far! I need to see Hairspray still. I doubt Mike will watch that one with me though. :)
